After a High School Degree in Visual Arts, I obtained a B.A in
Arabic Literature and Civilization at the University of Geneva.
I’ve being
drawing since a long time, and I started to paint ten years ago.
Painting is omnipresent in my life, although I never thought of
exposing until today. Due to a personal process, I’ve decided to
share my passion. Autodidact, my artistic course is independent
of the various currents and the intellectualization of art. My
paintings are generally born following a reading, a meeting, a
vision. They carry a message, but esthetics remains significant.
Each canvas carries its own history, but I like the idea that the
message remains open and that each person can interpret it with
its manner. The thread of my work is the Earth in general, and
Palestine in particular. It is a mythical image, carrying my
identity attachment. I wish to take part in an exhibition
with other Palestinians artists in Palestine.
