Biography
Painter and Sculpturing, Born in the city of Tulkarm, Palestine,
in 1983.
After obtaining a BA in Fine Arts from An Najah University,
Nablus in 2005, Jad was invited for a residency in Norway that
brought to light his first solo exhibition in the “Lademoen
Kunstnerverksteder” Gallery.
In 2004 he participated in the first Jifna International Artists
Workshop, and also in a workshop organized by the Palestinian
Association for Contemporary Art as part of the advanced
activities of the planning for the International Academy of Art,
Ramallah.
In 2006 Jad had a solo exhibition in cooperation with the French
Consulate, Jerusalem, this exhibition was circulated between the
network of the French Cultural Centers in Nablus, Ramallah,
Hebron, Nazareth, Jerusalem, and Gaza.
Jad participated in many group exhibitions in Palestine, Japan,
Saudi Arabia, Europe and USA. He is a member of the League of
Palestinian artists, a member of the Palestinian Association for
Contemporary Art (PACA) in Ramallah.
Jad lives in Ramallah and works as a graphic designer and
illustrator in a company called Collage Productions.
